As a Solution-focused Cognitive Behavioral therapist, my goal is to help
clients build on their strengths and successes to find solutions to their
problems. I believe everyone has the strengths and resources to accomplish
whatever they want to accomplish. Incorporating Cognitive Behavioral
therapy, we will work together for you to become aware of healthy ways to
look at life events. While we can not change others, change in our own
behaviors will effect change in those around us. By learning to control your
thoughts, feelings and behaviors, you wil begin to make healthy decisions in
your life. While we cannot change difficult situations of the past, we can
work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your present
and future life.
